When are you open?

As of December 29th 2023, Pediatric Acute Care is Permanently closed. We thank you for allowing us to serve the community.

What if I have billing questions?

Please contact our knowledgeable billing staff at 706-221-6116 Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm.

What if I need my child’s medical records?

Our billing office will be able to assist you in obtaining those records. Please contact 706-221-6116.

Do you accept my insurance?

Pediatric Acute Care works with most insurance carriers. We accept most major private health insurances, as well as, Georgia & Alabama Medicaid, WellCare & PeachState. If your insurance is not accepted, you may still bring your child here for care on a self pay basis. If you have any questions, please contact our office for assistance. 

What payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, cash and personal checks. At the time of your visit, you will be expected to pay co-pays, deductibles and payment for any services not covered by your insurance. We also see patients on a self-pay basis.
